guesthouse raku was an excellent size, fitting 3 adults and 3 kids comfortably. situated near the marutamachi subway station, just a 5 min stroll to the imperial palace. the room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely japanese design. check-in was easy with a convenient lockbox.

The room was reasonably spacious with a living room and a kitchen area.

Absolutely great accommodation with marvellous setting close enough to good restaurants/cafes as well as a nice quiet area. The rooms with a Japanese decor. Comfortable bed and amazingly nice staff: D

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Amazingly nice staff throughout. - Super location in a beautiful neighborhood, easy to get anywhere. - Just off a nice quiet area, good restaurants/cafes and Kyoto. My recent stay at this hotel was amazing! the apartment has a lovely traditional Japanese design with tatami mats, futon beds, and a clean bathroom stocked with essentials. the kitchen was well, equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. the location was perfect, just a short walk to a metro station in a beautiful neighbourhood with great dining options nearby. Check, in and check, out were hassle, free with a convenient lockbox. a cozy and charming place that I highly recommend.

Just a couple of minor improvements could make this hotel even better. It would be nice to have more clothes hangers and an extra bin in the bathroom.
